There is a wide range of music sheets available on the website. The website is easy to navigate. The link between my computer and the Musicnotes website allows for easy printing.

Signature Artists are my favorites, where sheet music is available from YouTube videos. Generally, the site is well organized and easy to use. Sales and additional discounts and free PDFs for Pro Plus members are great. Musicnotes is my go-to source for piano covers.

I’ve been shopping from Musicnotes for over 10 years. They have a wide variety of sheet music from lots of different genres in every key. Mail delivery is on time. Digital downloads and printouts are simple and fast. Their online player lets you preview to hear and see the music arrangement before you buy. Plus, they give away free sheet music every month. I love it!

Superb program. Love it! I’m a real person (who plays piano / keyboards).

Waiting for weeks already and no update on less you ask for it. We are way past the delivery date, this is so disappointing.

Different genres.

Their apps are ridiculously outdated and lack basic features.

Examples:
- You can't set a zoom level for your sheet music.
- You can't select where to begin playback from. You can only start playback from the beginning of the song or from the start of a page.

The only thing musicnotes has on their competition is that some artists exclusively make their scores available through them. The majority of competitors are better in literally every other way.

I have beet trying to get the customer service department to respond to an on going problem I am having for over a month now. I am a Pro member and have loved using music notes but now when trying to go into the store I get a spinning 1/4 note that never goes away.
I have been faultlessly accused of using profanity by Tim and have asked him to review all correspondences and emails and all I get is "respect our employees we will be in touch". I would love a little respect my self. I have done my best to communicate (with no profanity) with them via phone and emails with no satisfaction. I did leave a voice mail for Tim Reiland CFO. I guess their customers are not allowed to rightfully get frustrated with the lack of customer service!

I am an old customer and I never had a problem.

Ordered online and everything worked fine but after they take your money you do not get the music you have purchased. Complete scam website, the worst ever.

ordered while on train and then printed when I got home. Most convenient. Buying an individual tune is easier thhan buying a book with other tunes that you don't need

Do i need to pay for each tab i purchase or I can acess all tabs and sheet music after i paid for membership
